Dates:
- March 2010: YMUN’s Secretariat is selected, and planning for the conference begins
- Summer 2010: Invitation packets sent out to schools and faculty advisers
- June 2010: YMUN website, http://ymun.yira.org goes live!
- August 25, 2010: Online registration begins for schools and delegations
- October 22, 2009: Regular registration closes (late registration still possible); $312.50 non-refundable deposit is due
- November 19, 2010: All conference fees are due
- December 17, 2010: Last day to make hotel reservations; last day to withdraw/modify delegation size
- January 3, 2011: Late registration ends
- January 7, 2011: Position Papers due
- January 20, 2011: Delegates begin arriving for YMUN XXXVII!
Fees:
Regular Registration: Tuesday, August 25-Friday, October 23 2009
Late Registration: Saturday, October 24 2009- Monday, January 4 2010
- Delegation Fee (per Delegation): 90 regular, 120 late
- Delegate Fee (per Delegate): 75 regular, 75 late
- Adviser Fee (per adviser): 35 regular, 50 late
Please note that all delegations registering before Friday, October 23 2009 must submit a $312.50 non-refundable deposit check, deductible from their payment total, to USG Delegations Kevin Ho by that date.
