Dates:

            March 2011: YMUN’s Secretariat is selected, and planning for the conference

begins

            May 20, 2011: Online registration begins for schools and delegations

            October 1, 2011: Regular registration closes (late registration still possible);

$325 non-refundable deposit is due

           October 21, 2011: Late registrations closes

November 1, 2011: Country assignments released to registered schools

                            November 18, 2011: All conference fees are due

            December 17, 2011: Last day to make hotel reservations;

last day to withdraw/modify delegation size

             

            January 12, 2012: Position Papers due

            January 19, 2012: Delegates begin arriving for YMUN XXXVIII!

Fees:

Regular Registration: Wednesday, May 11, 2011 - Saturday, October 1, 2011

Late Registration: Sunday, October 2, 2011 - Friday, October 21, 2011

            Delegation Fee (per Delegation): $100 regular, $125 late

            Delegate Fee (per Delegate): $80 regular, $85 late

            Adviser Fee (per Adviser): $40 regular, $50 late

 

 

Please note that all delegations registering before Saturday, October 1, 2011 must submit a $325 non-refundable deposit check, deductible from their payment total, to USG Delegations Dennis Wang by that date. Delegations will not receive country assignments until they pay their registration deposit. All registration fees are due by Friday, November 18, 2011. Complete payment information is available in the registration site. Also contact USG-Delegations, Dennis Wang, for information concerning single student delegation accommodations and rates.
